This is an opportunity for both of us to get to know each other and make sure it feels like a good match. I can explain my meditation coaching style with you and have you experience a guided meditation or grounding activity. There will be time for questions & answers and learning how I can support you with energy blockages and guiding you towards finding clarity and fulfilling your vision and goals. 1:1 Meditation Coaching Session: 1-hour @ $125

This is a 1 hour lazer focused Meditation Coaching Session which is based on trust and honest open sharing of a specific issue or concern that you would like support with. These 1-1 sessions work best once the client is relaxed and at ease, so we may practice a simple grounding or visualization exercise, some calm breathing exercises and possibly some aura energy clearing. Crystal Clear Transformation Package:
